Complete Hydroponics has adopted a new layer of security in its packaging and shipping routine. Occasionally mistakes occur, resulting in the customer not receiving all or part of their purchase. Going forward every outgoing order is digitally videoed with a time stamp (Date, Time and Order Number, located on your receipt). This method of ‘time stamping’ assures that all of our customers receive their intended items and that they are properly packed. In the event that you do not receive any portion of your order, please contact us immediately. In some cases, you may receive one or more of your items from a different location due to availability.
We pride ourselves on our shipping standards. Packages are discreetly wrapped in-house and are generally shipped within two business days from the time we receive your order. Shipping time excludes weekends and holidays. A tracking number and invoice, along with other details of your order, will be sent to the email address provided upon the order leaving our warehouse.
UPS/FEDEX/USPS rates are used to automatically calculate shipping costs, for smaller orders, when orders are placed online. Occasionally, the amount calculated is not accurate after we pack, measure, and weigh the boxes and additional shipping charges may apply. We will contact you to make you aware of additional shipping charges before we ship the order. A variety of other carriers are used and compared for larger/pallet-sized orders.

• Orders over $2500.00 qualify for free shipping, however exclusions apply on select items (heavy oversized, and generally difficult to ship products). If there is a shipping fee on the shopping cart page, this is because one or more of the items in the cart does not qualify for free shipping. Special offers on "free-shipping" for orders less than $2500.00 may also apply.

• All international orders will be subject to duties and/or tariffs imposed by the local governments, as well as possible brokerage fees imposed by the shipping company. By purchasing this item, International customers must agree to be liable for any and all of these charges. We will not mark your package as a gift, sample, or replacement. Complete Hydroponics will not falsify any customs documentation. International shipments may also be subject to delays due to customs and import procedures. Complete Hydroponics has no control over any delays in an item passing through customs and cannot be held responsible for any such delays.
• Overnight Delivery is subject to availability and regional restrictions.
• Address Changes – We ship a high volume of packages on a daily basis and are not able to make address changes. When you are checking out, please make sure the shipping address is correct. If it is not, please update this information before checking out so that the correct information is on the order form.
• Inspect your package upon arrival. If your package arrives and appears to be damaged, refuse the package and notify us immediately. We make every effort to pack your order efficiently and safely to withstand damage. Please call us if a situation occurs and we will assist you in making a shipping claim.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the product is damaged, open, or otherwise unsafe to use because of shipping YOU MUST REFUSE the package entirely so that we may claim, or assist you in a claim from the shipping company.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
